Probably the last cool night at the tracks. Only two classes tonight, so we'll be getting out early. Well that was the high point of the night. When you take a beating it's best to get out of there
as soon as you can.

32 cars entered, pill draw, see if you can get the highest number possible. Done. Start in the back for the heat, can't seem to go anywhere. Have to run the semi. Start last row, last words to crew " We got enough fuel?" answer, "Well yes." Last words to driver, "Wrecker or checker let's do something. OK?" Ran out of fuel 4 laps from end. Last place. Let's pack up and go home early.
